Anthony is global head of talent at Omidyar Network, where he leads the firm’s talent and recruitment strategies.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Anthony served as the vice president, executive recruitment, and head of talent for WPP’s venture investments and advertising organizations, including Bruin Sports Capital, Refinery29, Vice, and VML. In this role, he partnered with the holding company’s senior leadership to build executive teams, advise on organic and acquisition growth strategies, and structure business development opportunities.

Before joining WPP, Anthony was a principal at an executive search firm focused on media, entertainment, technology, and sports. He worked with leading media and content-focused private equity and venture capital firms, recruiting business operators to help scale portfolio companies to prepare for liquidity events.

Anthony began his recruitment career in investment banking and capital markets, advising a consortium of bulge-bracket banks on their global and regional leadership assignments across major financial markets, including Brazil, London, New York, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Anthony graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School, and a B.A. in international studies with a minor in Hispanic studies.
